Terminology Clarification: Throughout this website, the terms "CV," "resume," and "profile" are used interchangeably. They all refer to the documents or structured data submitted by users to showcase their skills, experience, and qualifications for job matching.

2. Service Disclaimer

JD Matcher is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• JD Matcher reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service in whole or in part, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to security threats, legal compliance, business or operational needs, or violations of these Terms. Where feasible, reasonable notice will be provided.
• While JD Matcher strives to provide a reliable and high-quality service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or absolute security. The Service may experience occasional disruptions, updates, or modifications, and users acknowledge these risks while using the platform.
• JD Matcher is not responsible for service disruptions due to technical failures, third-party service dependencies, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Users assume all risks associated with the use of the Service.

3. No Liability & No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JD Matcher disclaims all liability related to the Service. Specifically:

• JD Matcher shall not be liable for any damages, losses, legal claims, or disputes arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
• JD Matcher is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, financial losses, revenue loss, service interruptions, reputational harm, or business disruptions.
• No warranties, express or implied, are provided, including but not limited to reliability, accuracy, timeliness, performance, security, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• JD Matcher does not guarantee uninterrupted service,API availability, error-free responses, or protection against unauthorized access due to external vulnerabilities. The Service may experience downtime, latency, or disruptions due to maintenance, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Users waive all legal claims against JD Matcher related to their use of the Service, including those arising from third-party services, integrations, or external disruptions.
• JD Matcher is not liable for service failures, data loss, or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, third-party service failures, or infrastructure outages.
• Users assume all risks associated with using the Service, including potential financial losses, business disruptions, or economic damages.

4. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

5. Indemnification

6. Feedback & Intellectual Property

• By providing feedback, suggestions, or ideas to JD Matcher, users grant JD Matcher a royalty-free, irrevocable, and worldwide right to use, modify, and implement such feedback without obligation to provide compensation or credit.
• JD Matcher retains full ownership of all intellectual property related to the Service.
• Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of JD Matcher’s Service without prior written consent.

7. Account Termination & Access Revocation

JD Matcher reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access at any time, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to violations of these Terms, security threats, legal compliance, operational needs, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where feasible, reasonable notice will be provided. However, in cases of fraud, legal obligations, security incidents, or misuse of the Service, JD Matcher may terminate access immediately without prior notice or liability.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bhubaneswar,Orissa, India.

9. No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

By using JD Matcher’s Service, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed under any circumstances.

10. Changes to Terms

JD Matcher reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time,without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

12. Payment

JD Matcher plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Users must purchase a new plan once their match quota is exhausted or after 30 days, whichever comes first.

13. Device Compatibility

JD Matcher is optimized for use on laptops and desktop computers. While some features may be accessible on mobile or tablet devices, full functionality is not guaranteed. Users may experience limited or restricted access to certain tools when using smaller screens. For the best experience, we recommend accessing the platform from a laptop or desktop.

14.CV Format and Size

To ensure compatibility and efficient processing, we accept CVs in .pdf and .docx format.Each CV file must not exceed 4 pages and must be below 700 KB in size. This limit is more than sufficient for most CVs, and ideally, candidates should not exceed this as a well-structured CV is typically concise and to the point..Uploading non-compliant files may result in errors or rejection during processing.
